Perfect Height for My Wolfhound

My Irish Wolfhound has been raised to eat from a bowl in his crate. His water has been splashing around in the kitchen. We wanted a single solution to putting his food and water together and keeping the mess limited. I've read that many giant breed dog owners have elevated bowls and found this raised pet feeder to be the perfect solution. My husband installed it with ease and the dog quickly figured out how to use it. Our puppy is only 9 months old right now, and he's a big, messy eater. So we are having an issue with the dog food spilling into the water bowl. This is not a defect with the bowl set though. Truly, I love that I can sweep up the spare kibble he spills because this bowl set has no legs.
