The toy is exactly as shown. Very well made that's for sure. My dog is to small for it however. The only thing he could really do is nibble on the points of it because it was to big for how tiny mouth. I will say for a medium dog would really be fun for him to play with. This is definitely for medium size dogs and would be a joy to play with.
