I purchased this sewing machine as a quick and easy way of repairing clothing and other such items. I have already used it to create a table cloth out of some linen I had spare, and hem up some curtains, I modified to accommodate a different window.

It worked flawlessly for these tasks and is a real pleasure to use, the battery life is reasonably good. I recommend using rechargeable batteries.

It would have been nice if it had come with a mains plug, but at this price point you cannot expect that.
All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap hand held machine. Five Star Purchase.
