The nutcrackers I received came in a set of six, with each one being 4 in tall. They are decoratively painted, and I just love the Viking with his horns,and there are also soldiers, drummers, a baker, and more. My granddaughter loves nutcrackers and these can be used as toys or ornaments. I'm very happy to have these for next Christmas.
