We just got our first device that uses the Type C cable. I'm still not use to having to switch cords so we are slowly working on switching out all the microUSB cables that we no longer need for the type-C ones. This one has the added bonus of helping with the transition because the cord is stictly type C on one end and can either be type C or USB on the other. Since all the bricks that we have are for USB cables, this makes it so we only have to replace the cable at this time. Once we upgrade the computer, I'm sure that it will have a type C port, which will allow us to continue to use this cord for that device to sync with that computer. But, we will still have the option of using the USB if we need it, making it very versitile.
