~ Why ~
Our 3-year-old granddaughter loves to play kitchen and is always “making” us something to eat. The coolest part of this set is that some of its pieces such as the pizza, corn on the cobb, hard-boiled egg, lobster, hot dog, and more can be separated and put back together using Velcro strips. Adding paper money and coins make it more educational too.

~ Why Not ~
Those who have kids who do not like to pretend they are making food or in the kitchen or a restaurant will have no interest in this set. Others may not like that some of the foods come apart, yet that is what makes them so unique. I have never heard of avocado milk.

~ Wish ~
I wish plates, cups, and silverware came in the set, but it is not a deal breaker.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a way to expand a young one’s imagination through pretend playing with food, this is a great option.
