~ Why ~
Having a degree in art, I love doing fun crafts with our 6-year-old granddaughter. I appreciate how complete this set is with all of its many different colors, design patterns, and tools. It is nice how the predesigned cards can be peeled to keep the sand separated when designing. Having glittered sand is a plus.

~ Why Not ~
Some may not like doing an arts and crafts project, but sand art is relaxing and engaging for many ages. Others may think the sand can be messy, which it can so be sure to put down a tablecloth when working.

~ Wish ~
Since the sand art is temporary, it would be neat if glue was included to make permanent designs with the sand.

~ Want ~
If you like making art with colorful sand or have never tried to do it, this is a fun, relaxing idea that will delight young ones.
