It's convenient to have the extra USB ports so now I can free up my front ports for thumb drives and other devices which are temporarily connected. I mainly use this product for the ethernet to USB and I couldn't be happier. As soon as it is plugged in it works automatically with no need to install drivers or go through a set up process. The USB 3.0 ports are a very nice addition because most devices that lack an ethernet port also lack a reasonable mount of USB ports much less USB 3.0 ports. The design of the block is really sleek too, top & bottom are matte black and looks very good.
