This is a combination fixed-head and hand-held in two different shower heads. Each shower head has several different adjustments, from hi-pressure to rainfall. In addition, the knob on the left side lets you turn on either the fixed head or the handheld wand or both together. It is attractive and very useful! It installed very easily, by following the instruction sheet which came with it.
Both units have anti-clog jets, which is very important for us with our water, which has a lot of calcium in it. It is a continual battle to keep calcium deposits at bay
