Great water bottle

My boys do a lot of camping and outdoor activities, thanks to Scouts. I cannot begin to tell you how many water bottles I go through in a year. They get lost, they get destroyed, they begin to get funky tastes or smells from impromper cleaning or who knows what when the boys are away on their trips... So I am always looking for new bottles to stock the house with. This collapsible bottle intrigued me, so I thought we would give it a try and see if it was any better than the others we use.

I got a bottle like this in the past and it is my go to water bottle for any of our outdoor trips and activities. Any time I need to take a large water bottle with me, I grab my bottle like this. It has the flip top to keep it clean and has a straw inside, but I don't use the straw in mine. I have it still if I did want it, but I don't use it. I like to just drink from the bottle without it, and appreciate having a bottle like this that allows me the option of using the straw or not.   I bought another bottle like this for a giveaway in Scouts because I liked mine so much. My oldest saw my review for it and asked me for the bottle, but I had already donated it to the Troop, so he asked me to keep a watch out for more. Sure enough, this bottle popped up. He has been using my pink bottle, but was fine with switching to this purple one. He wanted it for school, so he could carry a bottle to school without having to use his Nalgene that he uses for Scouts.

My boys have become bottle snobs and only use a certain brand now, so I was surprised when my oldest asked for this one. He is loving it and it has gotten lots of use.
