It arrived in nice packaging. This has many parts inside based on what type of coffee you are using (pod capsules or ground coffee). There is a piece that regularly needs to be removed for cleaning and was hard to get to but doable. Espresso came out excellent. Nice and portable. Will be using often. Clearer directions would be a nice addition.
