I've heard about these and I hate myself for taking too long to catch onto things!!

I am so happy with this waist trimmer. 

I've had one in the past (well, my partner did and I tried it out for a while), but I didn't get on with it. I've got back into the gym again (for the 100th time this year) and I thought I'd have a look for another waist trimmer, and I'm so glad I did!

I forgot it once on the way to the gym, and I actually RAN back home to get it. Which you could say is a good thing because I fit in extra steps and running, but honestly, that's how much I love this. I cannot do anything without it now. It's turned into some sort of comfort blanket. 

It is so comfortable and feels really well made. I love that it comes in its own zip bag which is also not see-through so it looks a lot nicer to pack away and carry. 

I sweat A LOT without wearing this, so wearing this has times that by 1000, which is a good thing as that's the whole point, but my god I didn't realise one person could sweat so much. It's also proving good for hiding sweat marks on your back as it can't soak through the waist trimmer. As I've put my underarm sweat under control (like 3 lots of very strong antiperspirants a day), I actually feel a whole lot confident going out now as I can hide my back sweat (sprays don't work on my back), so actually, you can say this thing has boosted my confidence.

If you're looking for a waist trimmer, then I can only recommend this as it is brilliant. I don't have much to compare it to, but it's doing the job for me!

Edit: I recently bought the "female" one (also on this listing hence edit of review), and it's honestly a lot better (for me) than the "male" one, I'll explain why:

Firstly, the "female one" (which is the one with the pink "red" rim), is CURVED so it fits anyone with wide hips a lot better than the normal straight edged one. So before I was IN LOVE with these waist trimmers, now I think I may have to marry them. The best things I've ever bought in my life hands down.
