This is a great charger for your car. I have an iPhone 12 and works fantastically with MagSafe without a case or with a case as long as the case also has a magnet (MagSafe) in it.
The charger fits snuggly on to my car vent and neither the cradle or the phone have fallen off in the last week since I started using it. Highly recommended.
