Exceeds my expectations

I wanted to try this out because I wanted my phone to be closer 

to me; I tend to forget to put it in my purse when it's on the dash. One of my cup holders is a non-round shape, so it doesn't work. The first thing I noticed about this product is the design. Before I put it in the cup holder I played with the buttons and adjusted the neck. The release button makes it slide open really smoothie. The bottom expands so even though my phone was still in a wallet case it was secure. The gooseneck is impressively heavy duty without being hard to maneuver. To install it, you just place it in the cup holder and rotate the nob. It tightened until secured and there was no wobble. I had only planned on using it occasionally, but I'm on love with it now!
