I cook all my own meals from scratch which includes prepping. It works out cheaper to purchase whole chicken breast than to buy diced chicken breast. but this means dicing it myself. The scissors & knives I was using felt like they was tearing the meat, not cutting it. I purchased these and they make the process so easy. they slice through chicken with ease. Easy to clean and have so many uses. Brilliant scissors.
