Perfect when there is no power.

You get 2 light bulbs with clips. They each take 3 AAA batteries that are not included. When you install the batteries there is a track it must follow so you cna not install them incoreectly. There are high,low, strobe , and S.O.S. light modes. You cycle thru them by pressing the power button. It gives off alot of light and the attache clip makes it able to be hung just about anywhere.
