My 8 year old daughter used the silicone (reusable) bag and managed to pipe some decent looking cupcake icing all by herself, including assembling the nozzle. I had to do the washing up, which was quite easy to do, the nozzles are easy to flush through and the silicone came up nice and clean quickly. We haven't used the single use bags yet, the silicone one did a good job. The single use ones might be more useful when she needs to do lots of colours.
