What I liked about this product before I purchased it, was that is made of steel rope with a chrome plating. When I received it I noticed that it was very pretty heavy and it seems to be of good quality. Mostly everything is made of metal except for the bracket that can be attached to the bycicle and the combination of the numbers. This lock is very easy to use and very easy to set up.
