Next time I move, I'm just going to shove my entire house in one of these bags and shrink it down to a medium-sized box! But no, all joking aside, I think these bags are awesome. I put all our winter coats into two of the bags and sucked the air out with the vacuum cleaner. What used to take up out entire entry closet, now resides in two 1-inch thick sheets. It's nothing short of amazing to watch a giant pile of full on, like, Siberian-style-winter coats (I live in Minnesota) turn into a tiny fraction of what they used to be. Definitely recommend! One advice I would give, though, is if you have those airy marshmallow coats with that tarp-like waterproof fabric, don't put them directly under the valve/cap for they'll restrict airflow and won't allow all the air to be sucked out. Put clothy types under the valve instead, such as wool or cotton. It'll work much better. But that's not the fault of the bags, that's just how physics work.
