 I am new to Sous Vide cooking. I purchased this item because it was supposed to be the quietest cooker available, easy to use, and it was on sale. I am thrilled with the purchase. So far I have cooked pork loin, swordfish and salmon to perfection. Very, very easy to use. The package arrived on time and was well packaged. I am thrilled with the purchase. I received the product in 2 days and put it to use immediately cooking wagyu rib eye! It was delicious, and the sous vide cooker worked flawlessly. It kept the perfect temperature and cleaned up easily. I was drawn to this cooker because it wasn't overly laden with superfluous gadgets like Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
