They do reflect, but the colors are much brighter, reflecting 80's style instead of as shown in picture.

They do serve it's advertised purpose, but they are much brighter and neon, like in the 80's than what is shown in the picture. Disappointed. But they are functional and reflecting in the night. I guess I did get what I asked for, but was expecting it to look more solid black, as it shows in the picture.
