quiet and our cats love it.
Love the filter idea as well as keeps the water fresh and hair free as our cats love to play with the water and they flick it all over the place so we have to keep it sitting on a towel.
Hopefully the novelty will wear off when the weather gets colder as otherwise we are going to have a wet floor all year.
