Good baking mat starter pack

These are silicone on both sides with fiberglass internals.  The good thing about it is that the fiberglass is a wide weave, kind of like a screen rather than a tightly woven cloth.  That way, none of the edges has loose fiberglass threads peeling away, or even if it did, once you pulled out the loose edge threads, it would be another 2-3mm of silicone intervening before another could come loose. Whereas the more cloth-like tight weaves as soon as you pull one, the next is aleady partially unravelling.  I haven't taken these to a really high temperature, so holding up Ok. Read somewhere though that some ovens run at max until they hit the target temperature on preheat, so if you want maximum life from these and other non-stick items, don't put them in until the oven has reached its target temperature.  The biggest is a half sheet size (about 12x17) which I use most, and the others are 10x15, and 8x11 roughly (quarter sheet size), even though the item title only mentions the half and quarter sheet sizes.  If I would change anything about this set I would prefer 2 half sheets (typical cookie sheet size) rather than having the one middle sized one.  However, if you only need one cookie sheet, with the rest of your set only smaller pans, then this would work out well. #RankBoosterReview #Sponsored #Macaron
