Lovely hat, but hard to get wrinkles out

Nothing wrong with the hat... the hat looks lovely - the issue is how it's been packaged - it comes scrunched up in a bag, meaning it's near impossible to get the folds and wrinkles out.

Left it out for 24 hours, in the hope it would straighten itself... no luck. Tried bending, and folding it the opposite way to all the folds... no luck. In the end resorted to ironing it (not recommended! If iron is too hot the material WILL melt! If you feel the need, make sure iron is on VERY low, and use a piece of paper between the iron and the hat), which did help with the majority.

Looks ace, though. Slightly see-through hat, with fun big flower and ribbons. Colours are lovely.
