How to use the burger press:
1. Take off the red top presser, open the upper white lid
2. Brush some oil onto the black tray and put down the upper white lid
3. Place moderate amount of meat on the black tray
4. Press the botton with palm and anticlockwise rotation to make 1/2Lb burger; Clockwise rotate to make 1/4lb burger according to the Arrow indication
5. Take away the red presser, open the upper white lid, take out the burger with the black tray
