Remove or setup the forehead cap, the thermometer can automatically switch between ear mode or forehead mode for temperature measurement.

3 Colors Backlight:
When the correct result is measured, the backlight From LCD will light different color to indicate the temperature range:
Green:T<99.5℉ Normal
Orange:99.5℉≤T<100.4℉ Low fever
Red:100.4℉≤T High fever

32 Readings Memory
1.Press and release the (Power) button to turn off the thermometer.
2.Press and release the (Measuring) button, LCD will display \'01\' for one second then display the last measurement with one short beep.
3. Each time the (Measuring) button is pushed, the remaining memory numbers are displayed (up to MEM 32, then go to MEM 01).
4. MEM 01 is the most current reading, MEM 32 is the oldest. New readings will replace the oldest

Open the back cover of the battery and have a switch inside.
