Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

a refund will be made if the following cases exist:
1. There was no activity on the website since the last payment. the activity can be considered as:
a. uploading promotion.
b. follow up email integration
c. Approve/reject/offer a coupon to a shopper.

2. A refund will be made for the last payment only if section 1 exists.

SEMI-ANNUAL Subscriptions

a refund will be made if the following cases exist:
1. There was no activity on the website since the last payment. the activity can be considered as:
a. uploading promotion.
b. follow up email integration
c. Approve/reject/offer a coupon to a shopper.

2. A full refund will be made for the last payment only if section 1 exists.

3. There will be no full refunds during the time if section 1 doesn't exist.

4. A partial refund available for members who decide to cancel the subscription during the first month, by paying the first monthly fee only.

ANNUAL Subscriptions

a refund will be made if the following cases exist:

2. A full refund will be made for the last payment only if section 1 exists.

Mass Offer Credits

Refunds will not be made for used Mass Offer Credits.
A full refund will be made for unused Mass Offer credits.

Violations

There are no refunds for members who violated our terms or force other to violate ours / or Amazon's TOS, Including contact our members and ask for Review/refunds in exchange for review or feedback/abusing member on their social media platforms/Emails, Uploading Fake Promotions, Dropshipping, or any other terms whos written on our terms of service
