Welcome to Juicer.deals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Juicer.deals website, applications, Chrome browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Forest Ecommerce Technologies LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • "Service": The Juicer.deals website (juicer.deals), associated subdomains, the Juicy Chrome Extension, API endpoints, and all related features and tools.
  • "User": Any individual who accesses or uses the Service, whether as a Shopper or Seller.
  • "Shopper": A User who browses, searches, or interacts with deal listings on the Service.
  • "Seller": A User who registers a seller account to submit product deals, coupon codes, or promotional listings.
  • "Subscription": A paid plan purchased by a Seller to access premium features of the Service.
  • "Content": All text, images, data, product information, deal listings, coupon codes, and other materials available through the Service.
  • "Amazon Content": Product information, images, pricing, and other data sourced from Amazon via the Amazon Product Advertising API or successor APIs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require account registration. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4. The Service

4.1 Deal Listings and Amazon Content

Juicer.deals aggregates and displays promotional deals, coupons, and discounted products. Much of the product information displayed on the Service is sourced from Amazon through the Amazon Product Advertising API (or its successor, the Amazon Creators API).

Important disclaimers regarding deal listings:

  • Prices, availability, and deal terms are subject to change without notice and are controlled by the respective Amazon sellers and Amazon.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any product information, pricing, or deal availability.
  • Clicking a deal link will redirect you to Amazon.com (or the applicable Amazon marketplace). Your purchase is made directly from Amazon, not from Juicer.deals.

Juicer.deals is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, Juicer.deals earns from qualifying purchases.

4.2 Chrome Extension

The Juicy Chrome Extension is an optional companion tool that provides deal alerts and price comparison features. By installing the Extension, you agree to the Extension's access to browser data as described in the Chrome Web Store listing and our Privacy Policy.

4.3 No Direct Sales

Juicer.deals does not sell products directly. We are a deal discovery and aggregation platform. All product purchases are completed through Amazon or other linked retailers. We are not a party to any transaction between you and Amazon or any seller on Amazon.

5. Seller Accounts and Subscriptions

5.1 Seller Registration

Sellers must register for a seller account and select a subscription plan to list deals on the Service. By registering as a Seller, you represent that you are authorized to promote the products and deals you list, all deal information you provide is accurate and not misleading, your listings comply with all applicable laws and Amazon's policies, and you will not submit counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products.

5.2 Subscription Plans and Billing

Seller subscriptions are available on monthly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

  • Monthly Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining days. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period.
  • Semi-Annual and Annual Plans: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel before the end of your billing period, a prorated refund credit will be calculated based on the full monthly price (not the discounted rate).

5.4 Refund Policy

Monthly Plans: No refunds are issued after payment has been processed for the current billing period.

Semi-Annual and Annual Plans: If you cancel before the end of the billing period, a prorated refund credit will be calculated based on the full monthly price. The refund credit equals the remaining unused full months multiplied by the standard monthly plan price, subtracted from the amount you paid. If the result is zero or negative, no refund is issued.

Refund credits are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Distribute spam or phishing content
  • Manipulate deal listings, reviews, or ratings through fraudulent means

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Forest Ecommerce Technologies LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Amazon Content displayed on the Service is used under license from Amazon and remains the intellectual property of Amazon and/or the respective rights holders.

Seller-submitted content remains the property of the Seller, but by submitting content to the Service, Sellers grant Juicer.deals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOREST ECOMMERCE TECHNOLOGIES LTD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forest Ecommerce Technologies LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit to the Service.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites, primarily Amazon. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. For Sellers with active Subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any Subscription will be handled per the cancellation and refund provisions in Section 5.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

15. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forest Ecommerce Technologies LTD regarding the Service.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
