I have had alot of weakness at times in my knee and generally just use a support sleeve made of just cloth which i have found does not give the same support. I put this one straight on and went out. I felt more secure and supported it did...

Well as a long term suffered or sciatica, this little joy had helped my back loads, it has eased off the nerve pain and with some warm oil massaged on by hand then thos needing the skin, it has relived pressure and dis comfort in my right hip side....
