play mat

I ordered this playmat from Weform because the description states that it is carpet and I wanted it for my daughter to play with on our hardwood floors. This is not a carpet at all and it is very thin. It is similar to those cheap vinyl tablecloths with the thin fiber liner on the back. The description on the ordering page states that it is a non-woven fabric, but it doesn’t feel like fabric to me at all. It also states that it is soft and comfortable to use. Both of those statements are untrue. The mat is thirty-two and a half inches long and twenty-two and a half inches wide. The mat can be folded up to take with us on the go.

Now, I will say that the overall design on the mat looks nice and the details are great. My daughter enjoyed playing with it after I put down one of our other play mat carpets and then put this on top of it for her to play on. We used it for learning about roadways and cities during our homeschool studies. We also used the parking lot area at the bottom to do some race car math problems.
