Not crazy about this water bottle

I do like the size of it.  That is great and there are no complaints there.  Where the complaints come in, are in three major areas.  One, the straw will not last the way it is constructed.  There is a part that bends when the lid is on the spout and it is made out of a plastic that will not hold up to constant use as it will start to fall apart in no time from the looks of it.  Second is that when you take the lid off, the straw part doesn't always "pop" upright so you can take a drink.  I have had it get stuck a few times when trying it.  The biggest complaint I have is that when the cup came in, it already had major scuff marks on the sides of it. There was also some kind of black dots inside the lid.  I think they need to keep them in boxes at the warehouse instead of just in a plastic bag so that the customer doesn't get a scuffed, dirty looking bottle.
