I get that webcams are scarce right now and prices are going up, but this cam has a worse picture quality than my 9-year-old 20€ (at the time) brand-name 720p webcam. The dynamic range is terrible as is low-light performance. In great lighting conditions, the picture is okay but colors are not lifelike and contrast is exaggerated. In dim light, half of my face is white even without the ring light activated, barely lit walls are pure white and shadow areas are almost pure black.
The ring light itself would probably be useful if the image was good.
On the plus side, I'm a fan of USB C, the stand is nice and the mounting solution works well (though the bar overhanging the screen could be smaller, especially for modern displays that have small bezels). Construction is solid overall - but the cam fails where it is most important: picture quality.
