Practice makes perfect

My first experience from a sous vide cooker was at a friends dinner party... left me intrigued so I purchased my own.. Eagerly awaited delivery to begin my first adventure into this kind of skilled cooking. I was desperate to experiment with different meats and although I've not sussed it to perfection yet I've made some cracking meals (according to the family) and goes to show this is an excellent product for the novice, it came with clear instructions which helped immensely ..The set up proved to be a little difficult, however after the few practice runs I've managed its becoming more simple. Sous vide requires patience, but the end result is juicy, delicious food. I would recommend this product based on the delicious results and how good it works
