I’m a wine lover, but my partner is deeply fond of quality whisky, and so I gave these whiskey glasses to him as a present and he absolutely loves them.
The set of four glasses comes well packaged inside a robust presentation box. The 310 ml capacity glasses have a beautiful decahedron design, they’re comfortable to hold in the hand, and have a reassuring weightiness and impression of solidity. They measure approximately 8.5 cm tall, with a maximum diameter at the rim of about 9.5 cm.
The glasses are made from a durable, lead-free glass, which gives a refracted view of the liquid inside. They have a 7.7 cm wide by 1 cm thick base, and the overall shape, height and weight of each glass means that they’re quite difficult to knock over accidently, which is a good thing if there’s an expensive liquor inside and you’ve over indulged on a whiskey sampling session.
In my view, this is a great gift idea for a whiskey lover, a friend, or for any special occasion.
