This is true to size. The waist stats where it's supposed to and the pockets are big enough to hold a phone. The fabric is comfortable. These are just as good as more expensive leggings.

The fabric is comfortable and they fit well at my height. The high waist is also helpful so it doesn't roll down as I exercise

The flame is adjustable with clear instructions on dial and that the trigger locks easily. It is easy to fill. I wish it had a gauge to tell you how much fluid remains. read more »
