I absolutely love to shop and have fun with new items. I love learning about the newest things on the market and trying them out. English was my minor, so I thought writing about products I get from shopping is perfect for me. I have been a secret shopper for over 20 years and enjoy doing that. I like the idea that my reviews will be seen by more people than just company employees.

I feel the public and prospective customers have a right to learn about a product before they buy it. The company's description is not always a fair or honest description of what the customer will actually receive. Whenever I am considering making a purchase, I usually check out the reviews online before making a final decision. Obviously, everybody sees things differently. Each person has different expectations and different levels of satisfaction, so I am always sure to read several reviews and accept the most common opinion but always take each complaint or positive attribute in mind.

I am a happy person and usually see things in a positive way. I feel that I am educated in a wide variety of things so I would have a good idea for comparison. I respect the fact that every product being reviewed is somebody's business or maybe even their dream. They have worked hard to get as far as they have and a bad review could possibly hurt their business. I would like to help businesses with giving positive reviews, which would encourage other people to become customers. However, I will always be truthful and give my honest evaluation. I will always say my opinion as positive as I can.
